Refund policy
Packs
There are no refunds on packs due to the nature of the chance of the cards you may get.
All cards bought are to be opened live on TikTok/Instagram unless specified and in that case of course I'm more than happy to send the packs un-opened.
The only time a refund may be issued is if the purchaser was unable to make the live and let Sam know by no later than 15:00 on the day of the Rip and Ship.
If you pay for postage more than once before the next rip and Ship sam will either offer a partial postage refund or adjust the stock and give extra packs to offset the overpayment.
Graded cards or merchandise
Refunds can be arranged as long as the item is in its original packaging, un damaged and returned at the buyers cost.
Insurance
For parcels with a value under £50 I will send 1st class signed for.
Then for packages over £50 I will send as 1st class special delivery.
The packages will be insured to the money you paid for the packs/items as a default.
If you need a higher rate of insurance for the packages then please let me know and we can organise a quote before I post them out.
Once posted I will update your order with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to delivery.
In the unfortunate event that the Royal Mail lose the parcel. Please get in touch on Instagram or TikTok @SamsGottaCatchEmAll. A parcel is not considered lost before 10 working days so we must be patient as it's more likely been misrouted and still on it's way to you. If it has been lost though I will claim from Royal Mail. It could take up to 30 days once the claim has been processed.
Once we get a resolution and the claim is successful then I can either reimburse you for the money you paid for the packs or give you that value in packs, or store credit. The choice will be yours.
